GF-DPCV-01

GF-DPCV-01 is a brass differential pressure control valve with threaded connections. A sensing capillary and an internal diaphragm regulating mechanism adjust the valve opening automatically, holding the differential pressure across the controlled circuit within the set range.

The valve is intended for building heating, chilled water and variable-flow water systems, on circuits that require a stable branch differential pressure. It suits systems in which terminal control valves open, close or modulate frequently.

In variable-flow systems the network differential pressure moves as terminal loads change, which can lead to uneven flow distribution, unstable control valve operation and pipework noise. GF-DPCV-H-B-T responds automatically to changes in differential pressure, limiting the effect of network pressure fluctuation on the controlled branch and giving terminal control valves a steadier working condition, which improves hydraulic balance and operating stability.

Kv values in m³/h, water at 5–40 °C, ΔP = 1 bar. Kvs is the rated flow coefficient at full stroke. 

Dimensions in mm unless stated otherwise

Standard body material: brass HPb59-1 (GB/T 5231; Cu 57–60%).

Other grades: CW617N (CuZn40Pb2; EN 12164 / EN 12165) and CW602N, a dezincification-resistant brass. Both are available on request and must be stated on the order. We do not substitute a different grade without your written approval.

Minimum order quantity: applies to all three grades.

Lead content: all three are leaded brass. For potable water, confirm the lead-leaching limits of the destination market before ordering.

Material certificate: EN 10204 3.1 on request. The grade stated on the certificate governs.
