Differential Pressure Control Valve

The GF-DPCV-02 is a brass differential pressure control valve designed to maintain a preset differential pressure in hydronic heating and cooling systems. Product Overview

The GF-DPCV-02 is a brass differential pressure control valve designed for automatic differential pressure regulation in hydronic heating and cooling systems.

In variable-flow HVAC systems, changes in terminal demand can cause pressure fluctuations across control valves. The GF-DPCV-02 helps maintain a preset differential pressure across the controlled circuit, supporting stable hydraulic operation under varying load conditions.

The valve features an adjustable differential pressure setting, a diaphragm-operated regulating mechanism, a copper capillary tube and an integrated shut-off function.

Available in DN15–DN32 with BSPP female threaded connections, the GF-DPCV-02 is suitable for hydronic balancing applications in commercial and industrial buildings.

Standard body material: brass CW617N (CuZn40Pb2; EN 12164 / EN 12165).

Other grades: HPb59-1 (GB/T 5231) and CW602N dezincification-resistant brass. Both are available on request and must be stated on the order. We do not substitute a different grade without your written approval.

Minimum order quantity: applies to all three grades.

Lead content: all three are leaded brass. CW617N carries 1.6–2.5% lead, and HPb59-1 carries 0.8–1.9%. For potable water, confirm the lead-leaching limits of the destination market before ordering.

Material certificate: EN 10204 3.1 on request. The grade stated on the certificate governs.
