Pressure independent control valve for fan coil and AHU circuits. Differential pressure regulator and flow limiter in one body, five preset flows, DN15 to DN25, PN25.
The GF-PICV-01 is a pressure-independent control valve with a differential pressure regulator and a flow limiter in one brass body and five preset flows on a scale. It goes on the branch to a fan coil, chilled beam or AHU coil, two-pipe system, DN15 to DN25, supply or return. A branch set by hand at commissioning drifts as soon as other valves move, and the terminal at the end gets what is left. A constant differential across its own orifice holds the flow at the preset.
The PICV integrates three functions into a single valve:
1. Flow Limiting
The adjustable orifice plate allows the maximum flow rate to be preset mechanically.
2. Differential Pressure Control
The integrated differential pressure control mechanism helps maintain a stable differential pressure across the flow control element, reducing the influence of system pressure fluctuations.
3. Modulating Control
A compatible electric actuator provides proportional or on/off control according to the selected actuator and control system.
The valve also features test ports for pressure measurement and a drain fitting for servicing.
The valve features an adjustable flow setting mechanism with preset positions MAX, 03, 02 and 01.
Flow performance varies according to valve size, preset position and differential pressure.
The recommended working differential pressure range is 0.1–4 bar. Refer to the corresponding DN15, DN20 and DN25 flow characteristic curves for selection and flow setting.
Flow control accuracy: ±5% under the specified test conditions.

Standard body material: brass HPb59-1 (GB/T 5231; Cu 57–60%).
Other grades: CW617N (CuZn40Pb2; EN 12164 / EN 12165) and CW602N dezincification-resistant brass. Both are available on request and must be stated on the order. We do not substitute a different grade without your written approval.
Minimum order quantity: applies to all three grades.
Lead content: all three are leaded brass. For potable water, confirm the lead-leaching limits of the destination market before ordering.
Material certificate: EN 10204 3.1 on request. The grade stated on the certificate governs.
